Who we are
This site is a free directory that lists and compares factoring companies. It is operated by Kenobi Concepts LLC ("we", "us"). This policy applies to this website and to the quote and listing request forms on it.
The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms, and ordinary technical information that any web server receives.
- If you ask for factoring quotes, we store your request in our database, email it to our team, and may share it with factoring companies you ask to be matched with.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party advertising cookies, and we do not show ad banners.
- You do not need an account to use the site.
Information you give us
Quote requests
When you submit our quote form, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your company name, state and industry
- Your approximate monthly invoice volume
- Your MC number, if you choose to provide it (it is optional)
Along with the form we record the page you submitted it from, the company profile you were viewing if you submitted from one, the time of the request, and basic technical details such as your browser's user-agent string. To help us block spam and abuse, we may store a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself.
Listing requests
If you ask us to add or claim a company listing, we collect the company name, your name, your email address, the company website, the type of request and any notes you include.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the visit, in order to deliver the site, keep it secure and filter malicious traffic. These logs are handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How we use information
- To respond to your quote request and pass it to the factoring companies you asked to be matched with
- To respond to messages and listing requests
- To operate, secure and improve the site
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use the information you submit to build advertising profiles.
Who we share information with
- Factoring companies you ask to be matched with. When you request quotes, we may share the details from your request with one or more factoring companies that match it, so they can contact you with an offer. Once a factoring company has your information, its own privacy policy governs how it uses it. Read it before you sign anything with them.
- Service providers. Companies that host the site, store our database and deliver email on our behalf, only so they can perform those functions.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property, or those of others.
- Business transfers. If the site or Kenobi Concepts LLC is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, who will be bound by this policy for information collected under it.
We do not sell your personal information for money and we do not sell mailing lists.
Affiliate links
Some links to factoring companies are affiliate links, marked as sponsored. If you follow one, the company you land on can see that you came from this site. Its own privacy policy then applies to anything you give it.
How long we keep information

We keep quote and listing requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep accurate business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below). Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare on its own schedule.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can contact us to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us to stop sharing your quote request with any further factoring companies
We will verify your request before acting on it. Deleting your information from our records does not delete copies a factoring company already received; contact that company directly as well.
If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Children
This site is for people running businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to stored requests to the people who need it. No website can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that every transmission to us is secure.
Links to other sites
We link to factoring companies and to the sources we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will note material changes here.
